Great rehearsal last night. Marc, our new bass player, brought his lovely wife. She is an incredible singer. We got off script again a few times and did some songs just off the cuff. The three part harmony on an improvised version of Teach Your Children was sweet.
She did a great rendition of Stormy Monday, One More Bottle of Wine and Me and Bobby McGee. We now have the vocal harmonies I've been looking for. Life is good.
We're into two a week rehearsal mode now and Marc has two full CD's of songs to work on. That should keep him busy. Heh heh.
